If you have adopted a running lifestyle, are running a significant number of miles per week (25+), or are training for a marathon or half-marathon, you know the value of a good shoe and the Kayano is worth the investment. The quality of the construction is fantastic. I have logged 400 miles on these shoes and they are holding together perfectly. The ride is soft and the shoe feels light on the feet. The space in the toe box has drastically reduced the number of blackened toes and lost toe nails. The manner of running the lacing down the line of the foot makes for a much more comfortable and secure fit.
