Each Special Edition DECK usually has one Holofoil (super rare rarity or above). There ARE some with NO holo and some with more than one, but chances are that there is a holo. The Twilight edition is a very good special edition in that it gives you 1 LODT and 1 PHantom and 1 TAEV for cheap. The average LODT/phantom pack is worth over $3.33 if you buy a booster box.
